Camp Dragonfly - Summer 2012

Davis Primary will once again offer a Summer Camp for its students. Camp Dragonfly 2012 will run from June 11^th-29^th. We offer sessions in Art, Computers, Cooking, Reading, Math and Sports. There is also a session only for our students who will be starting kindergarten in the fall, called Kindergarten Learning. Please click the link below to view/download the informational brochure, which can be returned to the Davis office with registration payment OR visit the D303 Web store to register and pay on-line.

Dressing for Winter

BRRR . . . It’s Cold Outside!

Be sure to send your child with a coat, snowpants, boots, hat, and gloves to play outside during recess when it snows. They will be going out every day at lunch unless the windchill dips below 0. Please label each article of clothing and boots for ease of identification. Sometimes a bright colored ribbon or a backpack tag can help your child find their clothing . . . We have a lot of black boots and snowpants!

Be a Literacy Volunteer

Help your fellow parents

LiteracyVolunteers Fox Valley is offering free training for Davis parents who want to help other Davis parents understand English more effectively. The four-session workshop teaches methods to tutor adults while discussing the issues people face when they have little knowledge of the American culture.
