Davis Richmond Math Instruction and Learning - February 6, 2014
The third and final Davis Richmond Engagement meeting focused on Math instruction and learning. Principal Liechty (Davis Primary) and Principal Ascharya (Richmond Intermediate) began by sharing data to identify the subgroups and areas of need. The presentation also examined some of the changes that have taken place with math instruction in D303, gave a snapshot of what math instruction and learning looks like at Davis Richmond, and identified areas seen as opportunities for improvement.
Finally, Dr. Michelle Fitzgerald, Executive Director of Instructional Support for District 303 shared information about the district math curriculum and how the new standards impact student learning.
